What this service does
Last Z Rewards is an independent fan-built tool that, on your behalf and with your consent, calls the official Last Z: Survival Shooter gift-centre and store APIs to redeem gift codes and claim daily rewards for the Player IDs you link to your account. It is intended to save you the chore of doing each redemption manually inside the game.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated on behalf of Florere Game Limited or Omnilojo Pte Ltd, the publisher and developer of Last Z: Survival Shooter. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. The game itself is downloaded from the official storefronts (App Store, Google Play, download.last-z.com), not from us.
Who can use this service
You may use Last Z Rewards if:
- You are at least 16 years old, matching the game's official age rating; and
- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence; and
- Your use of the service does not violate the official Last Z Terms of Service or your local laws.
If you do not meet all of these, please do not sign up.
How accounts work
You sign in with a passwordless one-time-password handled by phone.email (operated by Nextgen Phonemail Technology Private Limited). When you click the sign-in button on /login, you complete the OTP step inside a phone.email-hosted widget; we receive only the verified email address after you finish. We never receive or store your in-game password, your phone.email account password, your payment card, or your real name.
Because the sign-in flow is handled by a third party:
- phone.email's data handling of the OTP step is governed by their own Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. By using our sign-in form you also accept their terms for the verification step.
- If phone.email is unavailable, the sign-in flow may fail end-to-end and we cannot grant you account access in the interim. We will mention any known outage on the site footer where possible.
- Account recovery is automatic: signing in again with the same email address returns you to the same account, since the verified email is the unique identifier — there is no separate password to reset.
Linking a Player ID to your account does not grant us any access to your in-game account beyond what the public gift-centre and store APIs already accept for that Player ID. Player IDs are public information (visible to anyone on your in-game friends list, alliance, or anyone you share your ID with). We do not, and cannot, log in to the game as you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the Player IDs you link. Linking a Player ID that does not belong to you, with the intent of redeeming codes for an account you do not control, is grounds for termination of your Last Z Rewards account.
Subscriptions and payment
Last Z Rewards has a free tier and one or more paid tiers. Paid tiers are sold via Ko-fi's monthly-supporter mechanism at ko-fi.com/lastzrewards. When you subscribe on Ko-fi, Ko-fi collects payment from you under Ko-fi's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; we receive only a signal that your supporter slug matches an active monthly tier.
Because the financial transaction happens entirely between you and Ko-fi:
- Billing questions, charge disputes, and refund requests must be raised with Ko-fi directly. We cannot view or modify Ko-fi billing on your behalf.
- Cancellation is also handled in Ko-fi ("Cancel monthly support" inside your Ko-fi supporter dashboard). When the cancellation takes effect, Ko-fi stops paying us for you and our reconciliation job marks your tier as inactive on its next run.
- We do not store any card or billing-address data. Any chargeback or refund disputes are handled under Ko-fi's terms.
If for any reason our service is unable to deliver the benefits of a paid tier during an active monthly period (extended outage, terminated by Florere, etc.), please contact us — we will attempt to make it right on a good-faith basis.
Acceptable use
When you use Last Z Rewards, you agree not to:
- attempt to use the service against in-game accounts you do not control;
- attempt to use the service to violate Florere Game Limited's terms of service for Last Z: Survival Shooter;
- attempt to bypass any rate limit, cap, or abuse-protection mechanism (anonymous submission caps, per-IP rate limits, daily quotas);
- attempt to enumerate or otherwise scrape the rewards site itself (sustained automated requests against our routes);
- attempt to interfere with the service for other users (e.g. DDoS, request floods, attempts to exhaust our infrastructure quotas);
- impersonate another user;
- submit malicious or deliberately-malformed gift codes via the public submission form with intent to disrupt the catalog;
- use the service to redistribute gift codes that were issued to a closed list of recipients (private codes, content-creator codes) without permission from the issuer.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine in good faith are engaged in any of the above.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:
- every gift code will be successfully redeemed (the game's API can change, codes can have HQ-level requirements that exclude your Player ID, codes can expire);
- the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time;
- the act of using a third-party tool to redeem codes will not at some future date be deemed contrary to the official Last Z terms by Florere — in such an event we will adjust the service accordingly, and you should not expect a refund for past months because the rules changed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions, or other terms (including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the applicable mandatory law.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to Ko-fi as a supporter of Last Z Rewards in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 50.
We are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost in-game items, lost gift-code value, or business-interruption damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator(s) of Last Z Rewards from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right (including Florere Game Limited's rights with respect to Last Z: Survival Shooter).
Termination
You can terminate your use of the service at any time by signing out, unlinking your Player IDs, and (if you wish) requesting account deletion via /contact. Monthly Ko-fi support must be cancelled via Ko-fi itself.
We can terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if we determine in good faith that you have breached these terms, violated applicable law, or used the service in a way that creates legal or reputational risk for us.
Changes to these terms
We will note material changes at the top of this page with a new "Last reviewed" date. For substantial changes (pricing, scope, liability) we will additionally surface a site-wide notice via the page-alerts banner for at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of [Operator's jurisdiction — to be confirmed by counsel]. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms, except that nothing in this paragraph prevents you from bringing a claim in your country of residence where the local consumer-protection law requires it.
